Queen of Malinalco Tomatillo

This is one of our favorite Tomatillo varieties to grow, and for so many reasons! Queen of Malinalco is the largest tomatillo variety, and ripens to a gorgeous lemon yellow. The sweet, fruity flavor lends itself well to salsas, salads, honestly any dish! We’ve enjoyed using them as sweet pepper replacements in our cooking, but they also make great poppers!
