Black Brandywine Tomato

The True Black Brandywine tomato is a rare and extremely old Beefsteak, potato leaf, heirloom variety. This great tasting tomato is extra large in size and full of the deep, earthy and sweet flavor that has made blackish-purple tomatoes so popular. Some fruit tended to crack, but our yield was heavy, and the plants were vigorous. A perfect slicing variety, one slice of Black Brandywine is large enough to cover a slice of bread, creating the perfect tomato sandwich. Indeterminate.
