This is a delicious, creamy little acorn squash, more tasty than a Gem Squash, and is full of the most beautiful naked seeds. Growing on a fairly compact plant, this squash is truly a no-waste crop! Since the seeds don’t have that pesky outer coating, you can simply dry them and enjoy as a snack raw, or roast them for extra flavor. This variety is still quite rare, but should absolutely be in every garden!
